PITTSBURGH, December 5, 2018 − State Senator Jay Costa, Jr. and State Representative Dan Frankel will cohost an event on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 to allow constituents to enroll in affordable health care insurance. The event will be held from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Oakland Career Center located at 294 Semple Street, Pittsburgh.
Insurance providers and health care navigators will be on hand to answer questions and find the best plan for each attendee.
These consultations are open and entirely free of charge.
Attendees should bring documentation to verify their income (a W-2 or pay stub) and a driver’s license or other government-issued photo identification.
