Senator Jay Costa: How it is that you’d create different types of what I call blends. I mean, that’s got to be—
Female: Yeah.
Senator Jay Costa: The creativity part has to kind of be neat. Knowing, you know, how to combine Irish whiskey with a certain brew or whatever. That sounds like that would be an interesting part of what you do.
Female: Yeah. Truthfully, I think that’s a big reason why a lot of brewers get into it is because there’s so much science behind it, but there’s a lot of art and creativity. So when I went to think about, you know, we have Saint Patty’s day coming up, you know, what is going to be unique? It’s very typical to see a dry Irish stout, and I’m like, “Well, I want to make a twist on this.” You know, I have a very rich Irish background, and I’m pretty sure I made a beer that my grandma would be proud of.
