Also bring credit card statements and applications, bank statements, cancelled checks, income tax forms, insurance records, medical and retirement/pension fund information. PAPER ONLY PLEASE. State Senator Jay Costa, Jr. and State Representative Dan Frankel will cohost a series of events to allow constituents to enroll in affordable health care insurance.

Insurance providers and health care navigators will be on hand to answer questions and find the best plan for each attendee.

These consultations are open and entirely free of charge.

Attendees should bring documentation to verify their income (a W-2 or pay stub) and a driver’s license or other government-issued photo identification.

Senator Costa to Lead MLK Assassination Memorial and Call to Action on His Legacy

MLK Legacy in Action

As a tribute to the legacy of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his fight for poor and working people, members of the Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Caucus are launching a 30-day campaign to address poverty and economic security in the commonwealth.

The senators will kick off the Call to Action on the Crisis of Poverty and Economic Insecurity, April 4, which is the 51st anniversary of King’s assassination in Memphis, Tennessee. Members of the Senate Democrats will host events in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Reading and Scranton announcing the call to action as tribute to King’s fight.
